We provide professional and comprehensive care service thus enabling service users to live a better life and develop independence by supporting them in achieving optimum state of health and well-being in the setting of their choice.
At Fona Godema Limited we have a team of very experienced clinical and social care staff with a wealth of experience in both public and private sector. Thus, we carry out thorough assessment of each client’s needs along with their families and advocates which will aid us on producing a care plan that is fully adaptable to meet the ever-changing needs of the Client.
We maintain confidentiality, privacy and dignity whilst encouraging independence and physical well-being for all service users and employ quality staff, skilled with relevant up to date training, engaged and motivated to ensure we have a high performing, driven and committed workforce that helps deliver continued care.
